About CJE Resourcing

Established in 1987 as ‘The Accounts and Admin Dept. Recruitment Services’ we have been consistently and successfully recruiting ever since. In September 2008 we rebranded as ‘CJE Resourcing’ which proved to be an exciting and positive change for the business.

 

Our approach to recruitment is simple; we exhaust every avenue until we are sure your details have been submitted to the very best companies within the area. Once we have assessed your skills and experience against our sophisticated database of vacancies and discussed them with you to ensure you are genuinely interested we will submit your CV.

 

However it doesn’t stop there. We will also contact our colleagues within the TEAM network to make sure you are aware of all the vacancies that are available locally – meaning you don’t have to trawl around from agency to agency – by engaging CJE Resourcing as your consultancy of choice you have saved yourself an incredible amount of time and energy!

As part of this process however it is essential that we meet you prior to you meeting our clients. A typical interview lasts anything between 20 minutes and an hour – depending on your depth of experience and your aspirations. We will use this interview to get to know the ‘real’ you and ask in-depth questions to ensure that we only talk to you about relevant positions or exciting roles that we think may spark your interest!
